MetaFood

MetaFood is an innovative project aimed at simplifying the eating experience for individuals in Paris. By taking the user’s zip code, we immediately pair them with a restaurant. During development, I recognized a lack of standardization in the stars and number of reviews a restaurant has. Most people would rather go to a 4-star restaurant with 5,000 reviews than a 5-star restaurant with 11 reviews. So I standardized the rating system to show an accurate representation of the “rating” of the restaurant.
